We are dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate care throughout your reproductive journey and life span, from well person exams to prenatal visits and postpartum support. We believe in empowering individuals and their families to make informed decisions about their health and wellness.
Alternative Health Advice
We offer alternative health advice to help you achieve optimal wellness. We can provide advice and resources on nutrition, exercise, and other holistic practices that promote a healthy mind and body. We believe that every individual is unique and we tailor our advice to meet your individual needs.
Lactation Support
Breastfeeding is a natural and beautiful way to nourish your baby. However, it can be challenging for some mothers. We are here to offer support and advice to help you overcome any challenges you may face. We provide one-on-one consultations and occasional group classes to help you achieve your breastfeeding goals. We can also provide referrals for those who need more advanced support or would like the ability to bill insurance for lactation services.
Newborn Care Education & Child Development Support Referral
Are you a new parent or just need a refresher on basic newborn care? I provide basic newborn care education. Beyond the basics of the newborn period, we can connect you with child development support to help your child reach their full potential. Everyone has a role and we can connect you to experts who can provide advice on child development, behavior, and education. We believe in nurturing the whole child and providing a supportive environment where they can thrive.
Birth Doula Service Referral
A birth doula is a trained professional who provides emotional and physical support to a family most notably during labor and birth. We love doulas! Doulas provide comfort, guidance, and advocacy during your birth experience and much more! We believe in empowering you to have a positive birth experience and have list of local doulas with home you can interview and find the right fit for you and your families needs. We recommend a doula for all first time birthers and those attempting their first natural/out of hospital birth.
Sleep Support & Referral
Getting enough sleep is essential for your health and wellbeing. We can connect you with doula support and advice to help you achieve restful and rejuvenating sleep. We provide consultations, referrals, and treatment options to help you overcome any sleep challenges you may face, before pregnancy, during, and after the birth of your baby.
Are you a local area midwife needing help with a referral or collaboration services? Reach out to me as I may be able to help, or know someone who can. I also provide Birth Assistant Services, calendar permitting, and can collaborate with you if you require temporary back up coverage for your midwifery clients.
We offer IV Hydration and Vitamin therapy, as well as a small offering of certain medications, in partnership with Lone Star IV Medics! Pediatric patients as young as 10 years of age can also be treated under certain conditions.
